The player's account got blocked for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Recivied 400 euro non deposit bonus, and took a little time out, and after 2 hours i cant login , and try to resett password 3 times nothing happens , was looking for the chat aswell , nothing at all! so stay away from this crap..

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you have any real balance money on your casino account when it got blocked? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
