So I got some freespins, and managed to get through the play through. $25 bucks max cash out, cools. I put in for withdrawal, they email me asking me to make a deposit of equal amount and play through it once, no problem, as it is in their TOS. I requested the withdrawal 5/10/23, couldnt deposit til 05/23/23. A few days go by, it’s still pending, so I reach out, they say: I can’t tell you the name of the company that handles our payments(ok), but they work 1-7est, and it should take up to seven business days to process. Sure that’s fine, now it’s 06/12/23, still pending and I’m sure I’ve talked to their whole customer service team, they are all very nice. In the last week I have had them send a "reminder" email to them withdrawal people 3 times. And still not even an email from them saying what’s going on. It’s 25$, I don’t think it should take this long, idk what’s up but I am annoyed, not at any of the customer service people, they are ok, but I don’t like being strung on wondering when this will end, just like my sentences.
