The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal five months prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. The casino did not respond to complaint and it was closed as "unresolved".
This casino has given every excuse not to pay. The withdrawals were originally put in months before that. So a total of about 5 months and still nothing. I have had friends with the same problem. They have used the bitcoin market, a third party provider, they have even used the excuse that they didn't pay the first withdrawal to not pay the any withdrawals. I'm utterly disgusted with this casino. I've never had anything or anyone remove the fun out of gambling as well as they have

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost half a year is a long time indeed.

The account is not blocked. The withdrawals are still pending. Live help gives excuse after excuse then says contact support. Support doesn't respond anymore. I will be forever grateful if you can help

Thank you for attempting to resolve this for the public and for me. Candyland and their sister site New Vegas are the biggest scams I've found on the Internet. Their estimated income is 5,000,000 and it's all profit. For what they can't be held accountable through manipulation of their terms and agreements they simply beat you out of your money. Since this complaint was posted they have removed the live chat and there is no correspondence from support. My withdrawal is still pending in my account after about 6 months and they of course do still accept deposits. Lol

I would like everybody that reads this complaint to take note that Candyland Casino has been given 3 full extensions longer than allowed for an individual and still have yet to reply. This is typical of this casino and they may never reply. Candyland has a very appealing selection of games but Do Not Take The Bait!! Why they think they are so entitled to your money and never have to be held accountable is beyond me. Anyone that gambles knows the casino always has the edge but to some of the rogue casinos like this one... they just want it all!! I'm surprised they haven't responded with some type of excuse as that is their best attribute...
