The player from United States had his account closed due to allegation of being linked to another player’s account. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I went to cash our and it worked the first time for $2,500 and the next time I tried they closed my account with $8,600 in it saying I was linked to another players account. Complete bs and they will not get on the phone. Never used a deposit bonus or never knew of anyone else that played on the site. Complete scam.

I sent the emails. I have a lot more
of them. I sent a better explanation of excuses they’ve used. I’ve Only deposited with bitcoin, I’ve only had one account and never used a deposit bonus not one time. I never knew of or had any type of relationship with another player on the site. It’s a complete crime what they are doing
