I had a situation where i had won 600 they give you 300 % and 50 spins also you can take cash out 7.5 of that amount well im keep it short after the 50 spins i knew i would be able with drawl around 500 i had won 900 brought it down to 500 and requested payout they took out 500 and let md take out 140 around there im still waiting to get my money i am verified through casino extreme wich is a sister casino still they want verification havd not payed out yet this happened a few weeks ago id say about 2-3

Whats the question ? I read what you wrote it’s something along those lines when i was at 900 i played it down my calculations lead me to understand that i would be able to withdrawal 500 so when i had 600 an something my money vanished as if they took it without even notifying me while i was playing i think they didn’t realize i pay attention to my balance every spin since i was betting fast and moving the amount up and down j believe they would think i would not notice it so then when i seen this i stoped and brought it to thier attention they said that coupon automatically takes the money and leaves what i am able to withdraw

Hi nicolas the money i won from a bonus that i had I deposited it included free spins after my spins were finished i stayed playing i changed games i started winning i had won over 900 but played it down to 600 but that was because my calculations told me i was only able to take out about 500 something so i was basically looking at my money while i was playing usually this casino tells u u have met the bonus wager required and they take it they never told me anything they in my opinion thought i wasn’t paying attention to my balance since i was moving the bet amount up an down as soon as i seen it i stoped and they gave me a explanation that did not make any sence but then they gave me a hard time with the verification but i loged on no playing history same as spinfinity

Ok either way they haven’t send anythings so you have a copy of the terms and coupon because it was 300 % plus the spins so i thought and when i read it itade sence that after wager that many times 50 i believe you can take out 7.5 (427) but there was spins too that boosted up whos gonna deposit something an have to wager that many times to only be able take out such an amount does it make sense ?
