The player from Minnesota had trouble withdrawing his winnings from Brango Casino. He claimed that after completing the playthrough with a no rules deposit bonus, the casino confiscated $459 of his winnings when he used the remaining money in live dealer games. I got a no rules deposit bonus. The bonus amount was $5 on a $26 deposit. I played that deposit up to $800. The playthrough was completed and they money was mine. How could I have bonus money left over after playing through $100s and $100s of dollars? It’s not true. So I had $100 left over after the playthrough and bonus was over. That money was mine. I went into live dealer with my money and they used that as the reason for taking my winnings. The entire bonus amount was $5, somehow they use that as a legitimate reason to take $459 in winnings.

I have talked to support multiple times about this situation. They only say that I voided the bonus when I went Into live dealer. They don’t explain how the $5 bonus money was still there after $800 in playthrough. The bonus was only $5 to begin with


I can send you the emails that I have saved. Let me know what else you need from me. This is an obvious case of them cutting me off because I was winning. That’s it. They lied and stole my winnings.
