The player from Michigan is struggling with the email verification process. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our messages and quesitons.
Email verification process hard for no reason, email was not sending and when it did the link did not work. I contacted support and they told me to download the app to verify email but that did not work either, then they told me to email them to manually verify myself and i'm still waiting for that.
