The player from the US had experienced difficulties with a cryptocurrency deposit at an online casino. Despite having paid an extra fee for expedited processing, the deposit had taken 24 hours instead of the promised 2 hours. Moreover, the player had been unable to withdraw their winnings due to their balance being below the casino's minimum withdrawal limit. After the player had communicated their issues, the casino had resolved the problems to the player's satisfaction. The complaint was subsequently marked as 'resolved'.

**READ THE IMAGES ATTACHED**Account verification isn't needed when depositing with CRYPTO. Understood. ID verification takes 3- 5 buisness days understood. 7 buisness days after I sent the first required documents, out of several times, I said you know what, il do what THEY and there policy stated. I deposited crypto. $20 worth. And when you deposit that amount , you don't get the free deposit option. I paid the $4 fee to have it deposited within 2 hrs. 24 hrs later no deposit? Then they tell me they need to verify my account before they deposit the bitcoin I paid extra too have within 2 hours? I only did it to be able to withdraw the 50 I won. I got fed up, decided to gamble on the 50 I won, then these panzies waited till I lost the 50, to release my 20. Then told me, it's below our minimum and can't be withdrawn. This won't make it no where I know. But I'll put a bad review across every single site, il report the crypto addresses , bbb, fbi watch list. Our country is getting soft and these companies shouldn't be aloud to play god.
