Bovada suspended my account and will not release funds nor email me back. I feel like this whole site is a scam. I opened an account on Sunday 01-20-2024. And on Thursday 01-25-2024 it was suspended. I spoke with a rep through chat and he said there is no time frame and he has no information regarding the situation. I feel like I was just scammed and to make it worse I have pending bets also. I was trying to complete the verification with my passport and face using their automated system id verifier, but it kept giving me errors and would not let me try it again. I deposited using bitcoin because a customer service agent told me before I signed up that that would be the easiest to withdrawl with because there is no verification, it's only when you deposit with a credit card. I used crypto for that reason. I was betting on sports. Before the game and live betting. I did use a new customer sports bonus because they offered a 75% bonus for new customers.

They responded today and said there was fraudulent activity and they are keeping my winnings. I feel ripped off and scammed. There is nothing fraudulent. Can you help me please. I tried really hard to get those winnings. I should have listened to the reviews. I have attached a copy of the message they sent. file
