I cashed out my 609$ in ethereum. When I cashed out I was told it would take 3 days for the cashout to process. I was shocked because all the reviews said the site has near instant crytpo withdrawls. Then I waited 3 days and contacted them and asked where my money was. They said wait a littlie more. The another day passes and they just keep saying the same thing. Wait a little longer. The casino states that is will complete withdrawls within 3days. Now I am worried they will just steal my money,.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

I cashed on on May 21st. Today it still says processing... such a scam they want you to cancel the withdrawal. So they delay the withdrawl until basically you log a complaint with you guys...

I fully understand your frustration, Mogolor. However, we always give the casino two full weeks to process each payment.
