Account Blocked Due to Violation of Rule 3.3


My account was recently blocked for allegedly violating Rule 3.3. I'm not aware of any actions on my part that would have caused this. I created a second account with Bluchip, deposited money, and won some funds, which I then attempted to withdraw. However, my account was permanently blocked shortly after.


I have reached out to support multiple times, but I have not received a positive resolution to this issue. I request that you please look into this matter urgently and help resolve this issue.

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the Terms and Conditions of BlueChip Casino, and this is what I found:

3.3 Your account with the Website must be registered in your own and correct name. Only one account per person, per household / address, per phone number / email, and per IP address is allowed. Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as "Duplicate Accounts." You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. If you open or attempt to open any number of Duplicate Accounts we reserve the right to close some or all of your accounts without any compensation and apply the following sanctions:
3.3.1 Each action performed using a Duplicate Account is considered void.
3.3.2 Any promotions that the Duplicate Account has participated in will be cancelled.
3.3.3 Any winnings obtained on the Duplicate Account will be void. Any processed withdrawals will be reversed and will be owed back to the Company.
3.3.4 The duplicate account will be closed without an option to reopen it.

Could you please explain why you opened a second account in BlueChip Casino?

Have you passed the full KYC verification on any of your accounts?

Dear Veronika,




I apologize for any confusion caused. My permanent mobile phone was lost, and unfortunately, I did not have any other options to continue playing. As a result, I had to purchase a new SIM card and register a new phone number and email address. I also used a shortened name, Sevu Parmar, for this new account.




Everything related to the new account is entirely different from my previous account. However, I noticed that my account has been blocked, and I’m unsure why this has happened.




I have not yet completed the full KYC verification on my previous account or this new account. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I hope we can work together to sort this out as soon as possible.

You can log in using either your phone number or your email address. This means that even if you lost your mobile phone, you could still access your account using your email address. Instead of creating a second account, you should have informed the casino's customer support about the change in your phone number. Unfortunately, in this case, we are unable to assist you further.
