The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. The player later confirmed that the deposit was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I deposited 5000 rs on 18/12/2022 from upi it show success on payment provider page but it doesn't credited in my casino account and when i chat with coustomer executive they said they add funds shortly i chat with them many times and all the time they said our department is checking your deposit and mail willl send. But after some time in transaction history of app its show declined I chat with them they said same thing that they will procedd deposit in sometime but it deos not happen . I aslo give them screenshot of bank . But they doesn't credit my deposit.Please help

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
