My names Rickson ******, i created an account in your website this year around July, while registering the account i entered my Nickname (ie. Zorrow) under the first and last name field and i made my First deposit of 300₹ from my IdFc first Bank account which is under my name using the UPI feature PhonePay app option. And started playing, Luckily i won 1200₹ which made me very happy and I immediately placed a request to withdraw those winnings to the same IDFC first bank account under name from which i made the deposit from.. You Bluechip.io approved my withdrawal with in hours and the money came in my bank account.. few days later, i saw a notification about doing KYC completing verification, asked to upload selfie, ID proof , bank card.. which I sincerely followed and uploaded all the needful… later got a message stating Bluechip couldn’t verify my identity. And to contact customer support. I was unaware that this will create a problem later on for withdrawing funds. I kept adding funds to my bluechip account and have lost almost every single time. The urge to play more increased and i kept lossing until November i happened to deposit another 1500₹ and manage some how to win 5000₹ , i placed a request to withdraw that 5000₹. 48 hours later my withdrawal was still showing pending, i got tensed and, i contacted bluechip customer support using chat option in your website. I spoke to an agent called chris, who told me that my withdrawal is pending because i have not completed the verification. Thats when i realised that the documents that i have uploaded has my real name on it(ie. Rickson ****) and not my name Nickname. I went to my account setting page and tried to update my correct name, but it doesn’t allows to edit and asked to contact chat support.. i contacted chat support spoke to an agent, told him that i would like to update my name from Zor Row to my real name i.e Rickson ****. The chat support agent immediately closed my chat and i was logged out all of sudden.. when i tried to login again, it said "we are sorry please check your phone or password". I contacted customer support chat again and spoke to another agent who told me that my account was suspended or blocked due to violating your Terms and conditions 10.1 which is indeed incorrect, all i asked was to get my name updated and bluechip blocked my account

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that providing false personal data is absolutely prohibited in all online casinos. I would strongly recommend avoiding this kind of action in the future and making sure all the provided information is correct before starting playing.

I understand that you haven’t done it intentionally but unfortunately, it doesn’t make any difference. If you’ve opened your account and realized straightaway your mistake, you should inform the casino at that time before placing a deposit and playing.

  • Was only your first name entered incorrectly?
  • Have you taken a screenshot of how the data was entered in your profile before the account was blocked?
  • Could you please share it with me here or send it to my email at tomas@casino.guru along with the communication between you and the casino on the topic?

I entered my first name as Zor and last name as Row.. i have not taken a screenshot of these things, as i was unaware. I am not able to logon to my bluechip account now. And when i contacted blue chip chat support asking them to update my correct details, they right away blocked my account.. And i do not have a screenshot for that. Hope you can still help me

If both your name and surname were entered incorrectly, we can't argue in your favor against the casino's decision.
