The player from India made a deposit via Phone/QR method and the money was deducted from their account, but did not appear on the casino platform. Despite contacting customer support with proof of payment, the issue remains unresolved.
I made a deposit request using Phone/QR method . After selecting the method there was an upi address on which I have to pay the amount, I simply copied and pasted in my phonepe app and paid the amount successfully. After waiting for 10 min I realised money is not added and I just contacted bluechip support with the screenshot of my payment.
And still issue is pending and I don't know where is my money.
Please help me to get my money. It's a really big amount to me.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Payment was made to the right account and I have contacted my bank for confirmation too.
Casino has not added money to my account. Everything is done correctly from my side. I need you to check with casino and check the account they provided on the deposit page. I also need proof from them that the respective account has not received the amount. This is unfair. Why always players suffer and provide every little thing and casino just sit and relax.
