When I started playing in the beginning my withdrawals were fast within 24 hours, and now that I have won that 14600 they have delayed my payments over 72 hours! They keep asking me to submit identity and bank statements and I have! Even on on the verification page it says I am fully verified! I don't know why they are doing this! I have screen shots of all the deposits I have made! Even bank pdf statements! Last time I deposited 2k to win this! And they keep making excuses and I don't know what to do! Please help me

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Okay thank you, yes I have many Manu withdrawal requests cuz all they offer is 2500 withdrawal...and i don't want to lose it hence why I requested all of it! Should I cancel them? And do them 1 by 1?

They have locked my account, I can't even login says email and password is wrong I tried to even change password...doesn't work please help me
