Blaze Casino - Player's account has currency conversion issues.

My account is in CLP but all rewards (free spins) are credited in dollars, the problem is that all winnings are literally transferred from USD to CLP, they gave me 5 spins in a pragmatic game so 5 spins of 0.20usd were credited, I won $ 48.55 which were literally transferred to CLP, that is, 48.55CLP were transferred which is approximately 0.049USD, I contact the live chat and it confirms that the value is in dollars, but it still tells me that there is intermittence with the pragmatic games blaming them, but this has happened since I have the account in blaze, only now I complained, after insisting in the live chat it tells me that the balance was transformed which is totally false since it would have above 40,000clp which is the transformation of the dollars, I tell them to change the currency so as not to suffer that error anymore, they tell me which is not allowed and I ask them to transform my winnings as they should be but they do not agree either, so I have no solution. Hello! Yes, I should have received $48, since the free spins are $0.20, and I doubt they are $0.20 CLP since they would be approximately $0.00020 per spin, if I have previously deposited in Blaze, and no, there are no requirements since the contribution was made to the real balance.

The casino responded to me via email regarding the same query I made in the live chat and they gave me the answer that the amount was correct, meaning that for them it is a good reward to give free spins of the value of 0.00021usd, I had never seen a casino that gave such low rewards. I continue to insist that the spins are in dollars and they do not want to convert the CLP winnings to dollars as it should be since it is a currency error on the site, and I think that everyone who has this currency has the same problem.
