I made a withdrawal request on may 31/05/22 of £500 I'm still waiting on this today June 13/06/22


I have messaged several times to the casino support and they state my withdrawal is being processed and that it has already been credited to my account and will show in upcoming business days but I have had this since last week from them and then sent another email yesterday with no replies.


Can I ask any of you who have been on here how long it took for you to get your withdrawal? If any? As it states swift transfers are upto five business days but it's well over this?! Can anyone help please??? Or is this site a total scam??!! Regards

Hello, yes I am fully verified have been for well over a month.


This is my first request for withdrawal with this casino.


I have not actioned any bonus and my withdrawal was accept by the casino and processed as withdrawn but I have not received this money still!!


I have contacted them numerous times by email to their support and they keep saying that my withdrawal has been credited to my payment method and will show in upcoming business days but this has been since may 31/05/22 and still nothing!!!


Every email I send they just give the same information and will not do anything about it. Clearly something has gone wrong as I surely would have re my withdrawal by now!!

Hi, my withdrawal states it has been processed.on may 31/05/22 and the casino have emailed me to say that it has been oro and paid but it hasn't.


Still have no money from them!


They have sent me a screenshot of proof of payment but it does not help as nothing received!


They have asked me to contact my bank which I have and they cannot see anything or chase it as this is not a protocol that they do!


At this point it has been 15 working days and still nothing.


I am at a loss of what to do now!!


I have asked them to chase it up several times but they won't!!

Take it there was no response from the casino!! I'm not surprised at all. Still haven't paid my withdrawal never going to see it am I!! Disgusting they should not be able to get away with this!!!

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I'm sorry, but since we haven’t received any reply from the casino regarding your problem, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
