Black Lotus Casino - The player's winnings from a bonus were voided.

I had gotten a email with a promotion from the casino for the 50 times play through and it was a $50 free chip for 60 dollar free chip and I played it through I wrote it all the way over and I was up $550 and the last time I had one they took so long paying me back that I just reversed withdrew it back in the casino so I didn't even get my winnings from the last time I deposited and this time they said cuz I claimed to Promotions in a row I couldn't withdraw this money either so the $550 I didn't even get I have screenshots of the conversation with them. When I had played it through I was so excited because I'm literally homeless right now and that would have been you know money for an apartment or you know a couple weeks in the hotel so I was out of the cold and just rip my heart out so I'm still I'm just so disappointed that someone would

So yes it is verified when I signed up and opened the account the chip that I played with for the welcome bonus I hit on so I deposited to verify and gave him all my information and was waiting on the withdrawal which from this casino takes a few days which is fine. But I being you know the Gambler I did reverse withdrawals all the way so I lost it all so I didn't claim any of that money. I believe this was the second promotion I'd accepted since that time

Also I believe that the promotions that I claimed were loyalty points from the when I played with the with other reverse withdrawals when I won before like it wasn't a free tip it was my own loyalty points
