With regards to this query. We have received the bank statement from the player but it is a Skrill statement which we don't make payments to. The Finance team has requested a Metropolitan Bank Statement because this is the bank that we use to make our payments.

Please could the player send us this bank statement instead of the Skrill statement so we can take this matter further.

The call centre agent contacted the player over the phone regarding the unreceived funds. The player claims to only use Skrill - which we cannot accept - and doesn't have the Metropolitan Bank statement or account details. The agent reminded the player that he provided Metropolitan Bank information for the withdrawal. The agent explained that Finance cannot proceed without the requested bank statement. We're now at an impasse until the player provides the necessary documentation.

Black Lotus Casino, the general problem in this situation is that we cannot determine if the withdrawal has been sent to the correct bank account. Player claims to only using Skrill for depositing and that they do not have an account with the Metropolitan Bank, to which we can receive no proof from the player. Simultaneously, we see the proof of payment which was sent to the bank account in the name of the player. I am inclining more to the scenario where the player has used the Metropolitan bank account for depositing and now, for some reason, claims the opposite. To see that the player has deposited from the account to which you have sent the withdrawal, we need to see that proof of deposit either from your internal financial system or from the player's transaction history from their casino account. Also, the scenario where it was a mistake from the casino side and money has been sent nowhere is also probable, but I will be inclining to this scenario only in case you will not provide me with any proof on how you received information about player having Metropolitan bank account. Of course, in such case the complaint will be closed as unresolved and the Safety Index may be affected. You are always free to provide the requested proof to my e-mail: pavel.k@casino.guru. It will not be shared with anyone, not even with the player.

Chatted with Finance and they were able to see the $1000 was returned to our account. 

 

The full $5100 was put back into the players casino balance for him to withdraw again, of which $1000 will be paid as per the original payout restriction. The rest of the balance will be confiscated. 

 

We have unlocked the players account so he can login again to make the withdrawal. His account has also been restricted to BTC deposits, so if he wishes he can continue to deposit and play with us but only via BTC. 

 

In terms of the withdrawal, he will need to select wire transfer and capture bank account details for an actual bank account (not anything linked to skrill!) and the payment will be made. Alternatively, if he has a BTC wallet, we can make payment directly to that. If he wants to go that route, he will need to put his BTC wallet address in the "bank account number" section of the wire transfer capture details, and in all the other fields he can just put Zero's so that the system accepts the details.
