Stay Away. It is a "Read the Fine Print" company. Offers great Bonuses and Promotions where the majority of them come with a maximum payout of only $100.00 or $1,000.00 dollars. They hide the fine print. And they are happy to say..."You should have read the fine print". Which is not provided in your account information or when you take any of the numerous promotions and bonuses they have. Shady! Also, big run around to get a withdrawal. In my personal situation I won up to $28,000 called customer service and was informed withdrawals have to be under 10K. Submitted a withdrawal under 10K and received a reply that it was approved. Then received an email the next day saying they are making an exception for me to give me $2,000.00 on my winnings because I am only allowed $1,000.00 based on their rules! I was extremely shocked and taken back by this response as I have never seen anything like this. I emailed back my experience to include that I was never informed that while considering taking that promotion that in the process I was never informed of that the maximum payout would be $1,000.00. I emailed their customer service my experience of not receiving information on rules while selecting that promotion only to be met with "SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT". Which again is not provided in your account in the promotions or bonus offerings. They give free spins offering along with promotions and you have to remember that free spins come with a maximum payout of only $100.00 dollars. Just overall shady to me as I have not seen anything like this with any of the other Casinos I have played over the last few years. I am also noticing with BLC that on google searching of them that there are hits that promote them positively. I find that those hits do not provide the ability for anyone to provide feedback or give their review. I am suspecting that they are simply marking efforts, again, in a shady way possibly. Serious run arounds getting a withdrawal. Lastly, they are connected to other online casinos such as Bet Big Dollar and others. simply a company focus on their profits only IMO.

"11.10.2. Deposit bonuses of 101% or greater carry a maximum withdrawal of $1000. Deposit offers of 100% or lower carries no maximum withdrawal. Free Bonus, Free Spins, Tournament Wins, and Medal Promotions carry a maximum withdrawal of $100. When a deposit is made and a match/deposit bonus has been claimed, once wagering is met, the entire amount turns into Cash. The casino does indeed reserve the right to decline your withdrawal should we suspect foul play.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.
