I cashed out two days ago and the transaction is still pending. Customer service said they are having an issue with their payment wallet and the withdrawals are stuck on pending. they do not know how long or even when my withdrawal will be processed.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Are you sure the amount is correct? Because I don't see any withdrawals initiated by the player with that amount.


Perhaps you could send us a transaction ID of the withdrawal in question so we can verify?
