i was a firsttime player at bitstarz, i picked them because i wqs told they were the bestin the industry, but they are scam artists just like the rest. i recieved the welcome bonus of 30 free spins, did pretty well, then proceeded to play another slot for 3 hours and was doing better than i have ever done on any site, i was so excited, then boom account closed when i got up to 20mbtc. i recieved an email stting i violated terms of one account per household/name/address/ip address or device. one problem, none of that is possible. i never provided my name or address as i was playing with BTC, i just created my new personal email, this is a brand new computer, and i travel every 2 days for work so im constantly staying in hotels using different netowkrs and traveling alone. when i inquired, i was told that they had no intetnion of disclosing my actual violation, and all my funds were confiscated. i provided trhem withthe ame information i listed above, and after 20 mins of support flat out dodging my questions and lying, i was told that even though i had no intention, no knowledge, or any relation with any person/device/household or duplicate account, that because most likely someone else has registered on their site in this 1100 room hotel, and even though there was no way i could have known that or had any intent to deceive, that this did not matter and my funds would still be confiscated. mind you this only happened after 4 hours of playing and not until i had been winning substanially. there was no intent orknowledge of wrong doing and they simply manipulated the situation to steal my winnings. typical of DAMA casinos. anytime any damaino says "no verification when using crypto", they are lying. bitstarz, bitkingz, etc will always findways to screw new players over, there was nothing i could have done differently to prevent this, and i advise any new players to steer clear of NY dama NV owned casinos as they are theives. i have the whole transcript of this support convo and have emailed it to casino guru as well. this casino is just as ba as the other scam artists out there and 10/10 should be thourghly re evaLUATED. THEY SUCK
