I won and was super excited when bitstarz blocked my account and ultimately suspended it with no explanation or response. I went on casino meister to file a complaint since bitstarz owes me thousands of dollars and after receiving my Identification stopped responding all together. Due to the response they gave the other site which also disabled my account without even giving me the opportunity to figure out with is happening. They believe I have multiple accounts which isn’t true but is why I haven’t used bitstarz in the past due to hearing people not getting paid out. how ever I am using a phone that my children’s father previously had without thinking he had bitstarz so I couldn’t make my own apparently. I have had 8 different people (I can show you each one of their ids) who have stayed with me in the last year and all of us use online gambling sites when we are relaxing. I never was told that because of this the casino can just say ha gotcha when you won. This isn’t fair and is crap they can take my money but I don’t deserve my winnings? I put ny money in knowing I probably would be donating it. But thanks to casino gods I actually won the money I needed and. Didn’t think I’d ever be able to make even working 2 jobs to support my 2 kids alone after loosing my parents husband and twin in the last 2 years and battling cancer. It was like a god sent on the anniversary of my dads death. So for me to get that ripped away over using a used phone is crap. You guys literally handed me prays and then kicked me in the face and I’m not standing back up from this one you stole my hope for this world for everything over some penny change that I’m sure my roommates and my baby’s dad gave you 16009x that amount this year.
