The player from Texas had struggled with further identity verification when he tried to withdraw money from the casino. Despite having sent numerous photos for verification, all were denied and the player still could not cash out. The player insisted that he was already verified and should not have needed to go through this process again. We attempted to reach out to the casino for clarification and to mediate the issue, but received no response. Given the casino's lack of cooperation and absence of a valid license, we marked the complaint as 'unresolved', which might have negatively affected the casino's rating. We advised the player to choose casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid similar situations.

I read similar problem on this website about how they take forever to cash out. They verified me in the beginning my identity in order to get to sign up bonus $20. On top of that, I deposit money into the game. So when I try to cash out further verification of holding up a piece of paper in my ID. I sent in at least 20 different photos of me and my ID and they all were denied not not because of the expiration, and not because of its validity. Because I had multiple photos perfectly fine and I’m still not approved for my Cash App so I have done everything they’ve asked for absolutely everything there’s nothing that I have to do in order to get but it’s rightfully mine.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Thomas I would totally understand if I weren’t already verified upon when I first sent in my ID and face. But you’re taking my money but can’t give it back to the rightful owner, the one fully verified in the beginning. Can you send a check to the address on the id atleast. Because you’re following rules that are convenient for you but not the player. There’s no other way of verifying myself unless you want to FaceTime, we can FaceTime let’s do it. and I’ll show you my ID up close and personal as well as my face and everything else because there’s no other way because you’re going to keep denying me after I sent in almost 30 photos of me holding up ID in every position possible. As well as piece of paper with the date written on it. the problem no longer with me but with you accepting my verification, which is very much so valid and already accepted By bit spin win. Therefore I don’t need to verify myself again. I’m already verified. That’s the only other thing that could be done right now is for you to give me the money that is mine, you are a big-time company. I am a small time struggling father with three girls, and a boy that need to be fed every day three times a day. And you’re the only one stopping it. Give me my children’s lunch, money, and stop being a bully, because I’ll do anything for my children. Therefore, this is not gonna go away so lightly. I’m very civil man. There has to be other forms of identification cause I’m not settling for you not paying my children’s lunch money. I’m not going to continue to vainly submit verification that’s already been verified. Especially after I sent money and deposited money , can you at least give me the money I deposited since I’m "falling verification".I would even accept that. Just to let All of this go away because it’s not going to go away. I will bring this to social media, Facebook telegram, etc. If I have to. I would even seek legal class action against BIT SPIN WIN if I have to IN THE NAME OF MY CHILDREN. it’s not just the money it’s the principal and the people that follow and go through the same thing I’m going through. I believe in the higher power firsthand witness in that I am always protected from anything or anyone that try to hold me and my family back Tenfold, So please don’t allow me to be protected from you, bit spin win, and give me my families money.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
