I made a deposit of $30 by interac transfer. I finally won $6700 when I send the document to do my ID verification, it cancels my withdrawal because they are missing my proof of payment. I send all possible documents (email confirmation of my interac Desjardins transfer with the reference number and the date Saturday June 15, 2024. I send my account statement for the month of May to show them my account information (I do not yet have the statement for June 2024 because I will only have it at the beginning of July). I send them the photo of the proof on my account that the interac transfer was sent to their email but the date is . for June 14, 2024.
