The player's requesting a refund of deposits as the deposits were made from a 3rd party payment. The complaint was closed as the player breached the casino terms.
This site has let my granddaughter spend thousands of dollars like over 29.000 in 4 months using my bank account doing these tranactions through etransfers she is 19 yrs old and did not question the deposits being in my name and the account in her name I have sent emails there should be away to detect if the deposits are in the account holders names .this casino is not safe please don't get taken in

Could you please advise if all of the deposit were lost or is there any balance on the casino account?
Please note that in such cases it is basically impossible to prove if the situation you described is really true. You can however still try to request the casino in your name to refund your deposits but there is only a very small chance for that. Once the money is lost it's mostly impossible to refund.

Be sure to contact them in your name in order to receive back the balance used from your account. The complaint will be now closed for the above mentioned reason - breach of terms of the casino by using a 3rd party deposit.
