my withdrawal request was approved the 3rd of Feb and today we are the 12th of Feb and I swear not a single reply on my emails !!!!


My account is 526562293 the pending withdrawal for 5000 LE done on Vodafone cash on 03/02/23 03:51 am to my Vodafone cash wallet number 01001407640 for amount 5000 lE and i got a message that it was completed after 22 hours at 23:14 03/02/23 and nothing was credited to my wallet.

And if you confirm that it was done then please share the sms confirmation with amount and transaction ID so I can contact my payment Vodafone Cash as these are the requirements as per there advice (the same sms I am requested to provide when I claim a deposit)


ALL I AM REQUESTING THE SMS CONFIRMATION AS THE WITHDRAWAL I MADE ON VODAFONE CASH AND I AN BEING TOTALLY IGNORED

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

If you they claim that the withdrawal was sent successfully then please provide the sms confirmation as requested from my mobile wallet vendor Vodafone cash ,


Noting that if the issue is with my deposit the site request the sms confirmation message and this case is vice versa so I expected to receive the sms confirmation which included a the trnx date , amounts and transaction ID as without this data they won’t be able to investigate


Finally I want yo highlight that this is the worst support I have ever seen I am online casino 8 days and more than 20 emails without a single reply nor a ticket number assigned noting ignoring while they owe me money 5000LE

As I mentioned all I need is the sms confirmation of they state that my withdrawal was successful but as you can see I have made 3 email trails and each 10 or more emails as you can see above and not a single reply totally ignoring me not even assigning my case with a ticket number it’s a pure scam I can’t believe the support on this site (ITS THE WORST SUPPORT IN ALL ONLINE CASINO)

I feel scammed and really humiliated they way they are ignoring my email without a single reply !! Literally not a single reply

Hi Kristina , I need your kind intervention please as the consultant on the site chat and on phone they confirm that the withdrawal was approved and transferred successfully !!! And I hit nothing and I request the sms confirmation they tell me to send email to info-en and I did as seen above they are totally ignoring me I am being scammed and humiliated by being ignored this way

Just to keep you updated I received my first reply on my email after 13 Days of my withdrawal and the reply was not from info-en but from the accounting team

yes I did withdrawal using Vodafone cash before and after and even in the same day I made a withdraw for 3500 and it was approved and processed immediately

I just wanted to keep you posted with the scam as I just got this email from accounting team with an sms that doesn’t shown date, time nor transaction I have attached the email they sent and a creek shot of a successful withdrawal with the same amount month earlier adding to an original sms sample

I see that the casino requested documents from you. Could you please advise if you have already provided all of them in the requried format?


Also, it seems that the casino confirmed in their email that the withdrawal has been sent to you, and if you didn't receive it, you should send the bank statement (payment account statement). Do I understand correctly that you still have not received your winnings? Have you sent the bank statement?

hi Kristina there is no bank statement for mobile wallets but I provided transaction history and waiting for there reply ( screen shot ) and (video) and I confirm that till today 23 rd of February didn’t receive my 5000 winning.
