The player from Finland has stopped receiving weekly withdrawal installments. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won over 2 years ago about 25 000e. We made deal that i can withdraw 500e per week. Few months i got 500e pewr week as promised.
But after that all kind of pretext started and now they have almost 18ke my monies and casino seems closed.
All KYC etc is done and accepted.
