Hello I have made a permanent self-exclusion here without reopening. Nevertheless, it was up to me that I could open my account again after 3 months at the earliest. Nevertheless, it's only been 2 months since the application for permanent self-exclusion and I was able to open it again. Asked briefly in the chat and without further questions the account was immediately open. Is that supposed to be player protection? In addition, your game history has not been sent to me .....
