The player from India is unable to make a withdrawal due to technical issues at the casino for the past week, while deposits function normally. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
The respective casino is facing Technical issues from last one week, while there are no issues with Deposit. This seems quite strange.
When try to connect with Customer support, it will be resolved soon. But no Clear update, I assume its quite suspicious as they are not allowing users to raise withdrawal request.

Issue is only with the raising the withdrawal, and it happening from last 8 days. Attached is the screenshot what they are saying from last so many days.

I am able to create the withdrawal request now. I have updated withdrawal request on 15th of August 2023.
But on checking and chasing them, they updated that they still have technical issue due to huge traffic.
My assumption "This is still suspicious". Can you help me, what next step should i take.

I think, now I need your serious help.
Last night my withdrawal is rejected because of System Error, and now I am unable to login to the system too.
Just to revise the case history:-
5th August - Withdrawal was rejected for the first time due to system error
From 6th August to 15th August - Unable to place the withdrawal request because of system error.
15th August - Raised withdrawal request of amount INR 40000
27th August - Request was rejected because of System error, beside i am unable to login to the system too. The message is same "System Error".
Please guide me what to do next.
