To clarify it again one more time, neither time out or account block is permanent and may be lifted off by the player's request. If you would like to close the account permanently, you have to request for self-exclusion.
Please keep in mind that those tools may be canceled anytime (not self-exclusion), and if you did contact the casino to do so and they reopened your account, they did nothing wrong.
Based on the above stated facts the complaint will be now rejected.
