BetOline has not paid me my winnings. I had reached out to them over 5 times and have all the conversations and pics. Over and over was told today. Nope. It’s end of business. They have not paid and their site should be removed.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Every response from them stated my winnings would be received May 1. It’s now May 2 and still nothing. There’s more. I picked a wire trans and they changed it to an echeck. Per the Bank of America chat which I provided them, they were advised the transfers would fail on their end. They acknowledge this yesterday with a manager and all I get is apologies and no money. They keep telling me to wait. He was so condescending to me yesterday over the phone and told me May 1st wasn’t over yet, even though was past business hours. So here I am May 2 now no winnings and I will not stop and go onto every social platform and complaint site until they pay me or are shut down, which they need to be. How many pics would you like of them stating will have by May 1st? I have many.

Reached out to them again today, they are not even responding. I’m simply asking when will I be paid my winnings, since May 1st they told me would be revived and now soon May 2nd is over and nothing. This is appalling and they need to be shut down.

Hello, well as I stated to them over and over that it would fail because they changed it from wire transfer to echeck. So they had me resend again. They now have the correct info. So will see.
