BetOnline Casino - Player’s deposit has never been credited to his account.

Made a deposit through btc and I never got the money in my account. I complained but based of our chat, there is nothing they can do about it. They say they did not get my payment and even after I sent a screenshot of the payment, still nothing can be done.
