Hi . I have big problems getting my money out of Betmaster. I have made my deposits from Mastercard and from the beginning some withdrawals worked. But since 3 weeks it is completely hopeless. The withdrawals are approved first and then jump back to the game account. They say it depends on my payment provider.
I have visited my bank and they say that there is nothing to prevent payments to my card. I have been struggling with this for 3 weeks now and am starting to get really tired. Now they say that I should make a deposit with Krypto currency and then withdraw in such. This really does not feel ok. Have also read several who have the same problem. This feels hopeless. Would be great if I can get help with this.

Do I understand correctly, that you have made a successfull withdrawal at this casino before? Have you considered using a crypto currency as a possible withdrawal option?
Additionally, I would like to point out, that investigation of such problems is very time-consuming, so I would recommend giving it a little bit more time, so the casino can find out what is going on.

Hi Kristina. I have now seen that many others have the same problems as me with the payments
and, like me, are more or less forced to use Crypto currency as a payment method.
I am now following another complaint here on your site that has had the same problem as me. Now that he has opened a crypto account, I thought if I would wait a bit and see if they solve it for him who is now trying to withdraw in crypto.
This is very strange. They now deny all types of payouts except Crypto.

Jag följer nu ett annat klagomål här på er sida som haft samma problem som mig . Då han nu öppnat ett crypto konto tänkte jag om jag skulle avvakta lite och se om dom löser det för honom som nu försöker dra tillbaka i crypto.
Detta är mycket märkligt. Dom nekar nu all typ av uttbetalning förutom just Crypto.
