The player's withdrawal requests have been rejected multiple times without any explanation. We closed the comaplaint as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply.
I have being trying to get a withdrawal and they keep rejecting it. Live Chat says let me check, and never comes back on. No emails from them, and I have sent several. I just want to withdrawal my money. I have at least ten to fifteen rejected withdrawals with no exclamation. All my documents have been verified, and so on. No reason they shouldn’t pay me. The withdrawal started out as $800.00 USD, then I went smaller thinking they would pay, but still nothing.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Let me ask you a few more question to clarify the case even further. When did you request your first rejected withdrawal? When was the list time you successfuly withdrawn from the casino?
It might be possible that if your previous withdrawal happend longer time ago, the casino will require new documents for verification.
Another option might be to try a different withdrawal method as it might cause the issue aswell.

My first request was on July 10,2021. I have never had a withdrawal with the casino, this is my first time. It was all bitcoin deposits, so that is the only withdrawal method that I am given. All of the deposits were straight. No bonuses or any kind of rollover. There is more than $300.00 in my account, that’s just what I have requested to take out. I thought if I lowered it, they would approve it.

Just wanted to keep you up to date. I still haven’t received any money, even though I have put in for several more request. Live Chat has completely stopped responding when I request to chat with them. They won’t even acknowledge that I have started a chat. The only thing that has changed is that I have now won even more money. My last withdrawal request was for
0.01 bitcoin ($332.23) USD.
