The specific company is doing everything it can to not approve my withdrawal. I have made many withdrawal requests and it rejects them. I have not used a bonus, when I made a deposit I asked for the bonus to be removed so as not to get confused with the various terms that the bonuses have. I immediately spoke to live chat and they removed it. When I wanted to withdraw my money, they asked me to play all my money on a single sports ticket at an odds of over 2.00. In the terms they do not specify that you have to play all your money in a single ticket. I have €1098 in the account and I am afraid that I have lost this money.
