I just created an account at this casino this morning, because a got a promotional sms message. 

I made sure to check if I already had an account so I typed in my email adress in to the lost password page, I got a notice that there was no account found. 

 

After playing depositing and playing with bonus money I made a withdrawal, this was super fast and without any problems. 

 

After that I deposited without any bonus funds ans started playing again, all together I won a little bit over 1600 euros, I tried to make a withdrawal several times but each time it gets discarded. 

 

I went on live chat and they accused me of having duplicate accounts... 

I tried explain that this cannot be because I checked this. I won fair and square and I should be payed out. 

 

Although the guys on live chat are nok responsive and after waiting for a long time the chat just closes... 

 

I feel scammed, If I had lost money no one would bat an eye, now I finally won something and I get accused of cheating when I did nothing wrong.. 

 

These guys make loads of money and maybe next time I won't be so lucky and lose some money so I don't get why they don't pay out? 

I really hope this wel get resolved as soon as possible!
