The player from the Netherlands has deposited funds into his account from his friend’s credit card. Casino confiscated winnings and closed the account rightfully, therefore we rejected this complaint.

A friend of my has deposit money with his bankaccount on my betamo account.


We where playing in our backyard and at that moment I didn't have card reader to deposit money.


Betamo has disable the account and they won't refund nothing. 


Could u please help me? 


This is the letter I send to betamo:


Hello Managment of the Casino, Dear CEO,


Very sorry for breaking the rules. I didn't know it wasn't allowed.


A friend and I were playing Bet Amo in the backyard. I wanted to transfer money to BetAmo but did not have a card reader

with me.


My friend logged in on his phone and transferred the money.


It is unacceptable that you do not give a warning and immediately block the account and take all my money.


It's okay for me to keep the account closed. But I need the money.


Hopefully you will overlook this.

Dear Luuk, 

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found: 


" Betamo Casino does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards VISA/MasterCard, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods that is registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated and original deposit returned to the owner of the payment accoun; Betamo Casino also is not responsible for any lost funds deposited from third party accounts."

Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds with joint card, but this was not the case. I’m very sorry but we can’t help you with this query. If there is any additional information that would support this case, please do not hesitate to contact us, otherwise I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified, because the T&Cs were breached by the player. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
