Hello, I need help. I opened this case because of the bad technical support that they have. They don't know anything. I don't know why they are there.


They just say wait for an email


Today is the third day according to their policy and my order is still (pending)


The first time months ago, I withdrew a small amount, and it did not take more than 4 days, and the support knew when the implementation would take place


And now, after I won a good amount, they just say wait, and we don’t know,


This is not reasonable technical support response

I've played on many sites never get treated like this before

Technical support it provokes me and sends an emoji smile?!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

From the screenshots you sent here, it seems that the games are currently not working for you due to a responsible gaming limit that is activated in your account.
