This is my second withdraw. The first was 180$ and I receive it after one day. The second one is 35$, bcasino answer me than is was approved but they suspend my access to bonus. So I cant have no more bonus and at this time my withdraw is approve since 2 days but dont receive it.

My account is verified since many days I don't know when. I spoke with the customer support on Saturday. I accumulate my win with a part of the bonus and my real money.

My first withdraw of 980$ has been rejected and they cancel my win. So I think 35 is not too much.

The first time I withdraw 980 they canceled it because I suppose not respect the maximum bet on a game but it because the game was by default at 2 dollars and I forgot to drop it.

No they don't want to explain why they suspend my access to the bonus. It my withdrawal is nowhere on my account but i receive it. But no explanation on why they suspend the bonus and they cancel my first withdrawal of 980$.

Also if you have already closed, there is only a small chance to even find out what happen to the first withdrawal. On the other hand if you were aware of betting over the maximum limit, the casino had every right to void the balance from your first request. Is there anything else we can assist you with?
