I am a player at bc VIP 38 I’ve always been a player of loyalty and honesty, I had received a substantial amount of money, that I thought was a miss tip. But instead of finding out who did it, I went to immediately withdraw. I was ecstatic! Only to find out it was a glitch In the network or something OUT OF MY POWER! I didn’t try to do anything anyone else wouldn’t have. It isn’t fair that I’ve wagered legitimately over 350,000 only to get penalized by something that appears to be their own fault.

You see, about 11:30 am I was playing coin flip, all of a sudden, the game wouldn’t respond to inputs, and I’d have to refresh the page in order to place another bet, and the previous bets would actually take my money and not let me bet but I was only betting around 2 cents. On the second time of no response per input I refreshed the page and boom! $565,000 hit my account! I was so shocked I couldn’t believe it was actual betting money! I thought for sure it was just a page glitch or an image glitch on the website itself, after it kept working.. I thought to myself that it might have been an accidental tip, meant for someone else that I received completely on accident I instantly tried to withdraw, and upon making an attempt to withdraw I noticed other peoples crypto doing the same thing in bets they’d share in chat rooms. Being $1 million bet per hand and then all of a sudden everything went dark. And it kicked me and everyone else on the site at the time. Unscheduled Maintenance and 5 hours later. It came back up for all my friends. As for me. My account has been locked or something of its equivalence. Everytime I try to put in login credentials, it just says repairing at the top of the screen.

I recently deposited 4k of my tax check on that website to in order to reach vip38 and be able to claim any flash drops they have that day. So much for that 😕

anymore questions regarding the issue along the way I’ll be more than happy with providing my experience with you and be as thorough and transparent as humanly possible. I notified a couple of contacts whom are experiencing similar issues from the result of yesterdays undesirable event. That they could contact you to help them with any issues. Because bc isn’t looking to help us and it’s apparent through them reading our telegram messages and ignoring us

Ok so the promotion for a weekly bonus is wager $1000 a week you get a bonus if it’s $10000 then it’s $8 weekly bonus however I wagered $12000 and never received a bonus. I’m asking support but they’re uninterested in me and my issues, this isn’t professional. I’d just like an answer…

You described multiple issues and I'm now not exactly sure which one do you want to focus on.

Firstly you described a game issue where you got kicked out. Now you are waiting for the verification process and lastly you did not receive a bonus.

Can you please clarify exactly which one is cause the trouble?

i was kicked off of my account during the time I missed a bunch of promotional opportunities aka my recharge. This was for no reason whatsoever. If you can get them to give you an answer as to why my account was locked then and can no longer withdrawal now, that’d be great, because I can’t seem to get any answers.

As you also claimed that you are in the process of verification, it would explain the reason you are blocked and can't withdraw as the casino may block the access to your account until the process is finished.

Can you please advise if you did forward them all the requested documents and what's the current status of the verification?
