Unfortunately based on your description and the screenshot there isn't anything abusive from the casino's support. The screenshots show the chat which can be used by any player on the website. I believe that the casino should block some of the content but it is not something mandatory. If the casino's player community isn't fitting you I can only recommend to find a new casino where you won't come across the same issue - maybe one without a player chat.
