Well when I started on BBC my account was QueenB214 I had originally done a VIP transfer from stake.com where I am a platinum 4 VIP account holder so I originally started off on bc i was a 47 anyway so one day I'm in BC chair on the bc.game website and I was complaining to the chat that I could never catch any of the rain grabs and a mod their head told me that that was because everybody had rain bots collecting it so explain what they were they told me what it was called and I was in a private group chat on telegram talking about the Bot and they had happened to be a private group that joe from bc was in otherwise known as bc joe so anyway I go to bed and wake up the next morning and I go to log into my BBC account and it's locked it says account at risk so not really sure at this point what's going on on Super confused so I'm talking to a couple of my friends that I know have accounts on BBC and fed up kbc says oh if you want to know what's going on with your account you should talk to BC Joe so I'm like okay how do I you know contact and she gives me a profile on telegram so I contact them and I have screenshots of the conversation but it basically said like oh your accounts locked because you were got caught using a bot to collect rain and we don't know how that's so we used to let people get away with her but they still continue to abuse it so now we have like a zero tolerance and there's nothing I can do to unlock your account and I was like are you sure like him I didn't know you know I didn't even profit off it or anything and I'm sure you've been used it but I was like I didn't know like the rules are I guess you know because I had gotten that information about the bot from a mod on bc in the chat so how was I supposed to know but anyway he said there is nothing they could do so I was like okay great's and I have to start from the bottom again so I started a new account Queen214 so on this account I started off a level one and I heard gambled my way all the way up to a level 14 with no problems I was able to deposit withdraw get tip and give tips I never had any problems and so on this particular day my friend and had one some wave coin and he gave me 6 I turned into like 83 on the game Egyptian and then I lost it but he had still been winning so he gave me 3,000 doge I lost that then he gave me 3000 more or and I thought maybe I wasn't winning because he was winning with that kind of coin so I exchanged my doge that he gave me for some ltc I started playing piggy riches $5 a spin and I got free spins and I must have hit a Max when because when it was over I had $6,500 roughly 127 ltc so I ran 3 LTC in chat to 3 people my other friend saw that I was winning and message me on telegram and asked if I could tip them and I said sure what your username on bc they told me that username and I gave them 3 LTC and then I tipped the person who originally tipped me half of what I had left on there after I tried to make 100 LTC withdrawal roughly 6 for $700 was the tip and then I played in last maybe 3 year for $100 that I had left that wasn't being withdrawn so I played that lost in and I was wondering about my withdrawal so I asked support support said check your email ID check my email I didn't really have anything so I've been after a day of looking I finally found an email in my spam folder that said they want to be the kyc ok no problem so I kyc I sending all my information picture front back of my ID they had me sending a picture of me holding my ID with a handwritten note so I did that at and they told me 24-48 hours after that that I should hear something so so the next thing I get is an email saying the basically I broke the terms and conditions because I was referral abusing now on this second account I only referring to people and they don't like the platform long enough to come back and stay or play anymore from that point on most referral I got from that was 36 cents maybe 1.36 im not sure so at this point I'm trying to figure out like what is this mean I'm not going to get my money so I start talking to my friend again said up kbc and she said will here let me get in a group chat with Joe and we could see what we can do to fix it so I told her no thank you but she went ahead and did it anyway and of course there was nothing he could do or anyone could do that the account would just be locked and the funds dissolved and when I tipped the person that gave me the money i won with back some money I was basically dissolving any refundable deposit I made and that's that they basically said there's nothing I can do to fix it there's nothing I can do to get tje funds nothing

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with BC.Game Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your first account was ever verified? When exactly did you create your second account and when did the casino block it - during the verification or even earlier?

Please note that in almost no online casino it is allowed to create multiple accounts and it's the same here as well (you can read it in the casino's general terms https://bc.game/help/terms-service):


"2.1.15. You accept that we have the right to ban/block multiple accounts and freely control the assets in such accounts."


Basically by admitting that you have created a new account, you also admitted that you breached the casino's terms and they had right to close your account and void any balance.

Hello queen214,

As mentioned above, even by creating multiple account you did breach the terms and conditions of the casino and they are not obligate to pay out any money to you from now on and may also close both of your account.


We will be unfortunately closing the complaint as there was a clear breach of terms and there is nothing that could be done.
