BC.Game Casino - The player requests a refund of his deposit.

Ouch, I had prepared my message and left the page, and lost everything I've written..

Today at this casino after clicking on an airdrop in chat, upon it opening it said BC games sent me 0.5 BTC.

Yet I I couldn't find said crypto in my account. So I contacted chat only to be told that it doesn't mean anything, as if I am suppose to accept that as face value. You can see for your in the photo it is extremely specific in its claim of sending me 0.5 BTC

They claim that it's just what happens when your to slow. Apparently that you get to become complacent when you learn you didn't win 15k?

Like seriously, all I want is my previous account deposits back a total of 100 usd I do believe, and wash my hands of this site.

I've not had a pleasure using there site. The sheer audacity they could claim in order to unlock $61 BCD that the requirement to do so is 30,500...however this is such a moot issue that it's not a concern it's just offensive.

Tonight I contacting chat a bunch of times to see if they could assist me within relation to my account not being as " fun " as it use to. Little did I know they had no desire to wanna help me, just deflect claiming to come to there site more...however it's just not a fun place to gamble as it feels like the odds are an Jupiter sized planet in your path to happenstance yourself a win. I also contact chat cuz I realized my phone number wasn't in my account so. I feared that perhaps it was linked to another account? Which I was honest about in the past it felp like my account at one time was different . So I contacted chat and told em in case I some how had a double account. Though was told some places simply can't register there numbers.

I'm slowly learning the in and outs one must do to attempt to protect there best interests. So I have my entire chat with there support. Plus a photo of my deposits made, the claim from the coindrop in relation to the BTC amount I was suppose to win.

Lastly I seen on. Your site this casino does operate in BC but I am so including a photo of askgamblers that shows according to them they're allowed.

Could you please explain what kind of promotion was the airdrop part of? Are the winners announced publicly? What rules are associated with the promotion? Do you have any proof, such as a screenshot or video you won said amount from the casino?

All I know is your suppose to be level vip 7 which I am. And I also added the pic of my deposits which I'd happily settle for a refund of as the raindrop is pretty conclusive...and no way does it imply anything other then what it says...but I seriously don't think that's kosher and even something they should claim isnt really it should exist place and simple. But it is something thats not really they need take it down, and issue me a refund as I am washing my hands of any casino I may use if they show they have more respect for the money I deposit ( as in its ours now, you gave it to use, stop talking about something that's ours ) like myself or further deposit I could make aint worth a turkeys foot. While implying I need to deposit more to gain benifets I once had before they changed their site.

It's like how much I can deposit and when someone can is there business it almost feels like their ( generic statement reflecting all shady operating casino) attempt to guilt folks to deposit...

I am afraid, that I am not sure if we are able to help. If the offer expired between the time you clicked on the drop and the winning message the server concluded someone else was faster the incorrect message could have appeared due to a delay.

I can't sit here and contest that I pressed the button first, did I feel as though I did of course. That said the popup was in relation to clicking the airdop. The banner that popped up not only implies that BC Games sent me 0.5 BTC but that I also have the option to have saved it ( almost implies it could be something someone could be proud of )

Honestly in no way did I feel BC games would honour such an offer after speaking with there chat, but I didn't expect ya'll to gain me it either. As I will happily settle for the deposits I've made to them, simply to wash my hand because good riddance to anyone that would allow such Mullarkey to continue.

He at the very least have that "bannar' removed because it's implications is pretty dang obvious and I don't understand why that feels copacetic for you, as to not see more outside my concern outside addressing ya'll won't force the casino to pay pay me....ya'll can't do that anyways. But heck the chance my issue going on to leave the Burden of an unresolved issue against this casino in a worse case chance I get no refund would also suffice on my end as to hopefully allow other to avoid this trap.

I am afraid we have no say as to how the casino conducts its VIP loyalty bonuses.

Regarding your refund request, could you explain if you played the balance you deposited in the casino, or if it is currently on your casino balance?

Oh it's played, and I didn't think you'd be able to help. It's disappointing that a BC games created image. which can you at least agree is misleading at the very least. In order for me to take a comprehensive chatbot of my conversation with BC game I gotta find some kind of copy from scrolling text clip thing. Honesty itds super inconvenient...

And to be honest it sounds as though casino guru won't be able to help. I assume it's cuz it says 0.btc you consider it to obviously be clearly evident that it's not serious... which is pretty fudging skewed.

The each process went airdrop posted in chat, I clicked on it, next it opened up that window directly from the air drop. See if it was April 1st I could accept letting that slide.

However the not the case..the burden of proof should have to be on me currently, BC Games should be the one that provides proof of why they literally claim to given someone any amount of crypto, regardless of how arbitrary.

What is parity suppose to mean if they can apparently say anything is fake. Other the value it offers, what else make it so obvious to everyone but me, that it's as you said a "banner". No one can give my a solid reason it could something other then what it says, no bodies willing to admit they think it's clearly not true souly because the amount be it jealous of the win, the amount of simple cuz it ain't them. I am afraid if the event is based on speed, there might relevant reasons why you weren't awarded a win. To our knowledge, you are still able to try again in the future as the VIP level allows you to benefit from the drop to try again next time.

After reviewing all the available information we, unfortunately, cannot punish the casino, nor ask them to offer you compensation, including a refund. Consequently, we decided to reject this complaint. I apologize we couldn’t be more of a help.
