Case summary

The player from Japan is unable to withdraw his winnings as the casino's withdrawal service is not available in his country, despite his past complaints about the same issue. The complaint was resolved as the casino converted the player's balance so he could safely withdraw it.

The withdrawal method offered by the casino is currently not available in Japan as the service has already been terminated.

It's not that I don't like the payment method; it's that it's unavailable.

Please refer to the same claims we have made in the past.

(This is also temporarily no longer an available withdrawal method in Japan)

Hello andandjonnyx,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Bc.Game Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

As your previous complaint was rejected regarding the tournament, this one will be open only due the availability of payment methods. Can you please advise since when are you unable to withdraw from the casino? Did you ever process a payout in Japanese yens? Can you please forward a screenshot showing all the withdrawal methods visible within your casino account?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

For Japanese yen, only bank withdrawals are available at this time.

I have never made a withdrawal in Japanese yen.

A few months ago,

Japanese banks have banned transactions with online casinos.

Deposits from online casinos and agency payment providers are now restricted.

Currently, withdrawals at the bank have a high probability of being denied or having the account frozen.

Therefore, it is necessary to use virtual currency or services like payz.

I have been using virtual currency for a long time because I knew that in advance.

However, even though the winnings were in USD, the casino took the liberty of creating an account in yen, which I have never used, and converted and transferred the winnings there.

Are you mistaken about something?

It is not a technical problem that prevents I from making bank withdrawals.

It is a matter of domestic law and bank policy.

Thank you for your explanation. It's clear that deposits made with cryptocurrencies remain in crypto, allowing for transactions in the same currency. However, when dealing with fiat currency like YEN, it should only provide the bank transfer option.

If this process isn't working as described, please consider providing a screenshot or more details of the transaction where the currency was converted to YEN. This will help us investigate the issue further and provide you with the necessary assistance. Your feedback is important, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Also to note further, there are multiple Japanese users who use bank withdrawals normally.

There are regular users, but many of them have had their banks frozen or have been arrested.

Many people are unaware that bank withdrawals are currently in jeopardy.

There is no relationship if there are Japanese who are making bank withdrawals.

At least I am blocked from dealing with online casinos and agents.

Systematically possible is not the same as practically possible.

(Smuggling, a withdrawal method, is possible, but do you think that's realistic?)

I originally used virtual currency for deposits and withdrawals as bank withdrawals were not possible.

I have participated in BNG's tournaments using USDT.

I used USDT for deposits and play, and believed that my winnings would be in BCD because this casino always paid my winnings in BCD.

(BCD and USDT have swap capability.)

However, my winnings were transferred in Japanese yen, not virtual currency.

Certainly, could you please share the name of the event or provide a link where we can review the details? This will help us understand why the payment was made in that particular currency, especially if you didn't use or deposit that currency. Some events may be exclusive to users in specific countries, and their rewards are often distributed in the local currency of those regions.

Dear BC.Game Casino,

What option does the player have in order to withdraw his money safely from the casino?

Public

Hello,

Upon investigation with our provider and backend systems, it has come to our attention that the user placed their bets using YEN as their currency of choice. Consequently, the user received their payout in YEN. Regrettably, we do not possess the capability to facilitate currency conversion in this scenario. As a result, the user will need to withdraw the YEN to their bank, as this is the sole withdrawal option available to them.

I was using USDT converted to yen,

Even if the prize money was in yen, it had to be converted to USDT and transferred.

Is there a difference?

Hi,

When you select YEN, that means the system will use everything in the same currency. Which is why it has rewarded you with YEN. There are options. When you change the coin, it will show you and ask your permission if you want to continue with that coin. Please check the screenshot below; there are options to select different currencies before starting the game.

Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else.

It is not.

Even if I choose yen, the actual increase or decrease is in USDT.

The yen is only a method of expression.

We have made the decision to convert your existing balance to USDT. During the process of converting the balance in your wallet, we noticed that there is also a JPY balance in your vault. We kindly request that you withdraw the JPY balance from your vault so that we can proceed with the conversion.
