The player from India had been playing on BC Game for three months and had successfully made withdrawals using Paytm. However, on May 27, five withdrawals appeared as successful, but the funds were not credited to his bank account. We advised the player to wait for up to 14 days for the withdrawals to arrive, but after further communication, it was confirmed that two of the withdrawals were refunded while three were still pending. Eventually, the player confirmed that the issue was resolved successfully, and the complaint was marked as resolved.

Sir I have been playing on Bc game for 3 months, every thing was going fine but on 27 may i made 5 withdrawals from the same channel 'paytm' , the status of the withdrawal is showing success but I didn't receive the amount in my bank account. Sir my game I'd is 365***00, I made 5 withdrawals on 27/05/2024 ,the status of the withdrawal is showing success but the funds were not credited in my bank account.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Sir it is clearly mentioned in the bc game casino that maximum time limit for a withdrawal to reach is only 48 hrs but it has been more than7 days as I applied for the withdrawal on 27 may 2024 and I didn't get the funds in my bank account and I have also done full kyc on the aforementioned casino

I understand your frustration; however, I still advise you to wait for up to 14 days for your withdrawal to arrive. If you do not receive your winnings by June 10, please let me know, and we will investigate. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Yes I hàd made a complaint of five but two got refunded few days ago three are still nowhere. I want remaining three to be refunded as soon as possible
