Case summary

The player from Japan won $3,500 in a tournament, but the casino credited the prize in Japanese yen to a new account instead of awarding it in USDT (the currency used). The player has no means of withdrawing in yen and requests the winnings be transferred to the USDT account. The complaint was rejected as the player received his tournament price and refused to use the offered payment method to withdraw his balance.

I participated in a network tournament at this casino using "USDT".

I won first place there.

The prize money was 3,500 dollars.

But the casino is 500,000 Japanese yen,

I created a Japanese Yen account instead of a USDT account and granted it.

I cannot withdraw the Japanese Yen from this casino because I do not have a way to withdraw it.

This casino does not have the ability to swap USDT and Japanese Yen

Nowhere in the terms and conditions of the campaign was there any information that it would be granted in Japanese yen.

I want my winnings to be properly awarded to my USDT account.

Hello andandjonnyx,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with BC.Game Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? In what currency is your casino account created? Isn't there a single option to withdraw your money in Japanese Yen (if the casino has such currency there must be an option to withdraw as well)?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Dear Nick

The account was verified more than six months ago.

This is a virtual currency casino and I always made deposits and withdrawals in USDT.

However, the casino awarded the prize money in Fiat currency, Japanese yen.

The only way is to make a bank withdrawal.

(I do not support this method)

One of the key factors in choosing a casino, or currency, should be whether there are deposit and withdrawal methods available to you.

Attached is the promotional page for the tournament I participated in.

This tournament is not hosted by the casino, but is a network tournament sponsored by BNG.

I see you have not checked my post yet.

Please confirm and contact the casino as soon as possible.

I can't withdraw my money and I keep playing and my balance is getting smaller and smaller.

Hello andandjonnyx,

Even though you used USDT to deposit and play, your account must be created with one fiat currency:

If your account is in YENs, and the casino even paid out the winnings, you have to use payment available in the casino and they are also not responsible for any loss as it is your decision whether you play or not. As you claimed that bank transfer is available, why don't you use that?

Also it is nowhere mentioned that you may chose the price currency and every amount was given in USD:

To begin with, I did not create my account in legal tender of yen.

The legal tender for my account is USDT.

That image is a feature that temporarily represents a virtual currency in another legal tender. There is no legal tender account.

This casino is a virtual currency casino; legal tender is only an option.(For those who do not have access to virtual currency)

I am making this complaint because bank transfers are not available.

I explained it to you first, didn't I?

(I do not support this method)

It is simple.

I was playing only in virtual currency because this casino only allows deposits and withdrawals in virtual currency.

However, for some reason the casino pays winnings in legal tender, not virtual currency, and there is no withdrawal method available to me, so I cannot withdraw my winnings.

That's all there is to it.

For now, please call the casino representative.

If this continues, I will run out of balance.

In order to prevent this, I filed a complaint promptly.

Hello andandjonnyx,

I'm sorry but it is not an excuse that you do not like a payment method and if the casino offers a way to withdraw, it is up to you whether you want to use it or not. The tournament prize was presented in USD and it is nowhere mentioned that you will receive USDT.

As you did receive the prize for the tournament, the casino did what they were obligate to do.

Based on all the above explained facts, the complaint will be now rejected as the casino did everything according to their terms and the player has to chose from available payment methods if he wishes to withdraw.

Best regards,

Nick
