Ive deposited 32809 from my gcash to them. I already contacted my bank stating the fund has been transferred successfully and credited to them without an delay. This is the 25th day the my deposit is denying by merchant of bcgame. I want to request a SOA of the account of the merchant to further retrieve my fund either to gcash or to them.
