Bc.game has not credited 15000 deposit I made on 3rd October and has continuously denied recieving any money despite giving transaction screenshot with valid utr, bank statement and video proof. They have taunted by using names like Joy in chat with customer on denying any money recieved. I am scammed out by this casino. My money stolen by this casino.

Hello Dominika,

I have just emailed you the video proof url, statement, txn receipt with valid txn reference number. Once the reference number is generated and status is successful means the money is credited to them with 0 doubts and also for confirmation I sent statement and video proof since day of txn.


The site bc game does not want to credit my money and despite reaching out to them hundreds of times and spending hours on support now taunts I have no hope that this will be ever credited to my account.


They have muted and banned me from discord, telegram, live chat for sharing with others how this site stole my money and did not do deposit once I finally started winning after a long losing streak.

Casino guru you should not recommend this casino to your loyal community of gamblers as bc game has no respect for you also and has not responded while since this complaint was posted they have posted ten times on twitter account, roped in high profile guest for their Dubai party. While you have been promoting them with a high rating did they give you a free ticket to Dubai party with flight tickets they won't buy they will spend 500k on a football player.


They basically work to seek and net high value fishes who will come and donate money to them all the while cutting down winning players, seizing deposits, halting withdrawals, seizing funds, they will spend millions on roping big name players, footbal leagues and brand ambassadors but you who given them players and players that have started winning aren't on their priority list.


I pray to all the casino guru community that please shun this site bc game as it does not timely respond to any complaints and is not adhering to practices which should give this casino 8.9 rating and it should be rated a low like 1,play at your own risk, it is the sites will if it doesn't want you to play start finding hiccups, if you are a winning players you will be shown the door but social media you can't hide bc game pls resolve all the issues of all the players first before paying millions on Dubai party work like a legitimate business and not like rogue casino. Bc game is hurting its own community that helped it grow big it can't digest winning players and starts abusing them it has happened with me now it will happen with you tomorrow. Learn from my mistake 😭

Despite waiting for hundred of hours with live support they have just taunted and not credited and criminals are sending me links for 15000 that they are in app trying to steal my information all my money stolen bc game I have no more so don't try to steal more from me. If you want I can post pics of the messages of 15000 that criminals are sending me for proof.


Bc game will not credit the money and like me they harass people and get fun, they themselves say we want to troll.


I have lost all the money here trying to make money , I have no more money left ok? And 15000inr is my only money that you have confiscated.


There is no way to win here except bet very low amounts in auto mode 1.01 for 24 hours and only cover the loss that happens on this and slowly clearly the weekly monthly and bcd bonus, no big bets split 100 dollars in 1000 units and run auto mode low multiplier only 1.01 don't play any game except crash.


Casino guru only you can help me get my money from them.

If complaints cannot be resolved in a timely manner here why even have this forum. You need to stop promoting this scam and pay me back my 15000inr lost due to your misguidance. Bc games needs to be listed in rogue casino and blacklisted due to stealing from thousands of players.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

My payment provider has already confirmed the transaction with a valid UTR it is a bank transaction meaning it cannot be generated without successful transaction, I have already shared the receipt, transaction UTR, bank statement and sent video proof to you and sent video proof to them four times now. It is not a question or doubt that they have not recieved it they should share the statement proof of the bank where I deposited of not receiving and take from me any amount they ask. It is a question of harassing the players who start winning and halting their winning streaks. I am up about 1500 dollars only when so many such issues started happening and wihdrawal delays. It is operating like a rogue business only and you must not mislead people. I will message if they credit the amount but I have left them and moved on to other gambling sites.


There were no deposit or withdrawal issues as long as I was losing and it needs to be marked as casino for losers only and if you win you will be a problem and be dealt with!

No they have not deposited my money even after sending them bank statement and video proof 4 times and spending hundreds of hours on live support and this complaint. They have stolen my my deposit on a winning streak. Four times appeal too was opened but live support was saying core team is examining and they have not emailed me or given my money, mostly I lose only but after keeping my deposit there for free I will not deposit there again. Atleast it never happens in live so I don't want to play online and get scammed again and you need to properly align the rating of bc game and remove it from trusted casino as shows from the complaints they routinely close and sieze funds of winning accounts. Despite playing legitimately when I was losing all was okay with them and when I started winning they muted me and banned me from all social media channels and kept my deposit.


They were also criminally trying to send me links for 15000txn to install malware on my device, already took all my statement and personal info and they own the UPI gateway and it is terrible to deal with them. Others must be warned they are criminals only.

Steps to follow for video proof:


1. Prepare two devices: one to execute the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is always visible.


2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.


3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.


4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.


5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.


6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.


7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.


8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.
