BC.Game Casino - Player complaints about unannounced wager changes on casino's website.

when your betting on any game you have your view of your currency rather it be in its crypto view or fiat view, however when you switch views the wager will change itself back to 1.00 without notifying you of the change. i realized this after i lost my whole balance and checking what i had previously won on a bet in usd upon doing that it upped my wager from 5 cents to 1.00. that is extremely deceitful and wrong on their part. i believe it to be also intentional.

my experience was starting out with $5.00 i was betting 0.03 cents per round i hit a 563 times win and upon doing so i was curious to see what my win was in USD so i changed the view from crypto to fiat, upon doing so, my betting amount changed as well without my knowledge to $1.00. i didnt notice that it had done that and it ate my entire balance. i went back and checked if it was an error that i had made and it was not, the games will change the betting amount on its own automatically to $1.00 just by changing currency viewfrom crypto to fiat. faulty software is my conclusion but dont take my word for it. i urge you to put what im saying to the test. as you would guess this upsets me very much so especially considering ive deposited and lost $500 this week. i notified my host and he replaced my $5.00 but does not do me justice after the circumstances i was placed under of losing my money i had won fair and square. after being exposed to such deceit and being victim to such careless software glitches i feel im deserving of more than just my $5.00 deposit. especially after finally getting a good win and to lose it like that just makes the experience much more gut wrenching

my host told me as soon as you respond and deem me a victim in this case he would reimburse me. so hes pretty much admitted to me being done wrong, he just wants you guys to back me up on it. ill take a picture and send it so you dont have to do much other than write me back with your opinion.

Do I understand correctly that after the change of view in currency (to crypto) in your testing the amount of the bet is both displayed and counts as 1.00 USD?

Do I understand correctly this happened while playing MINES and you switched your view between USD and BTC in this menu?

that fiat button at the bottom is the problem. While it was disabled I was betting 250 sats. Which is why I didn't know in my first message what my bet was, if you read I told you 5 cents but that was only because I was guessing as I enable that "view in fiat" button (or more accurately the sneak your money button) it went to 1.00 automatically and never notified me that It did until my balance was gone

Brother youve been online multiple times since I've responded. You've not got that many people that respond to you at all. I used to work as a CIA agent and responded to over 500 emails a day I'm sorry for my impatience but im over due for justice and my host says as soon as you come up with a verdict he will reimburse me

If you go to bc.game right now and play coin flip when you confirm your bet and go to play every single button jumps around. It's getting to be more and more of a trap every day. You should go see what I mean and just play with some jb. You'll understand exactly what I'm talking about when you experience it for yourself. There's no other reason the game would play that way unless it were trying to trap. Literally no other reason.

By the way it isn't the world currency over view it's the tab at the top where you select what crypto or currency you want to play with hint* where your JB is where your balance is displayed

Unfortunately, if the amount of the bet that was displayed was subtracted as well, we don't find the situation unfair. With a higher bet you win or lose faster but the odds of winning stay the same.

While the user interface might be unfriendly in this aspect, by not saving the amount of the bet you set previously, we can't ask the casino to refund you your wagered funds.

We believe the player is the only one responsible for their account, their balance, and all bets taking place.

So it'd be fair if they were to make my wager go all in to huh? No matter what I wanted to wager because that's what you're telling me. That it's okay to manipulate my balance through an action that isn't intended to raise my bet. That's unjust to me and 99 percent of the world. It'd be like me advertising something on sale you come to buy it and then it's not that price. This world makes that work for you. Why can you be just? You're supposed to make right? Not allow them to get away with tricking me and a bunch of people out of our money? I actually have the evidence tell you how to test it and your gonna look at the situation and tell me they can manipulate our bets to drain our balance through deceit and get away with it? IF I DID THAT TO SOMEONE,ID FIX THE PROBLEM...? why is no one held accountable? I've lost thousands of dollars to these people and ive not been mad once about itbecause what's fair is fair but this isn't fair.

I tried to look at the situation again, but unfortunately, our hands are tied.

We believe it's your responsibility to ascertain the amount of the bet you are playing with.

You were as likely to win with a bet of 0.03 as you were with a bet of 1 or 10 on each bet and that means we cannot consider the inconvenience in the user interface this causes as something unfair.

By setting the bet to 1 you weren't trapped into breaking any rules (as far as we know) such as a maximum bet rule.

I am sorry we couldn't be of help. I changed the description of the complaint in order to try not to misrepresent the issue as per your feedback.
